TechTune Special!

Hardworking Macs need TLC, too.

Cleanup. We'll clean your machine inside and out. Cooling is critical to CPUs; a careful cleaning of dust and debris from cabinet, fans, boards, and ports can prevent premature failures and help your Mac breathe easier. We clean notebook displays, too.
Update: Software Update* is the fastest, best way to keep your System current and secure, enhance application capabilities, and it might even fix a minor bug or two.
* Depending on last time machine was updated, it may require 2 or 3 batches of updates (with 2 or 3 restarts), a lengthy process. You may wish to leave your machine at the shop, possibly overnight.
Initial Diagnostics. Preventative software maintenance can keep minor issues from becoming major problems. We'll run initial diagnostics, check machine's overall condition, fix any errors we encounter, and show you how easy it is to keep your Macintosh happy.
Questions? Bring any questions you may have regarding your computer, MacOS or Mac software, and we'll discuss all that, too, while we're at it (as time permits). We may not have all the answers, but we know who does.
Improved operation. Make a list of things you'd like to change or improve on your Mac, and we'll make adjustments as needed. We'll also suggest ways to save time and money, increase productivity and improve work flow.
Backup, backup, backup! The time to prevent data loss is before it happens. We have a variety of tailor made, cost-effective and convenient ways to make sure your data is protected. Establishing a proper backup system is easy. Honest!

Why wait?

Call the MacShack and make an appointment to have your computer serviced today! Leave all your cables behind with keyboard, mouse, monitors and peripherals - just bring the machine - and we'll do the rest.

This is a limited time offer for one-on-one service. Please schedule an appointment with us at your convenience. We try to complete services within an hour or so, but leave yourself some extra time at the MacShack to make sure all your questions are answered.

This service assumes a reasonably current Macintosh (G4 or later) running OSX and in good working order. If we detect a serious operational problem, we will abort service (rather than risk making matters worse) and suggest a solution before proceeding.
